I worked in the food industry for over 15 years as I am a restaurateur. My daughter loves wingstop, so when she saw it we had to... get it. This by far has to be the WORST wingstop in NY. The staff see you come in but continue to talk amongst themslves andignore you.. They are talking about their personal lives so loud screaming from one end of the kitchen to another. It seems tobe a hang out spot for the staff and their friends.. Cursing, not wearing hair nets or even gloves. AND THE WAIT TO GET YOURFOOOODD! RI-DIC-U-LOUS!!! I ordered and had to wait about 40 minites for my food. Every customer who was in there wascomplaining about how slow they work and the lack of care and professionalism the staff has. I will never come to this wing stopEVER again.. I was so shocked, I thought you only see things like this on tv. I've gone to places where customer service is bad,But I have never experienced something to this nature. Where is management, why are the staff so careless and IT seems as ifit's been going on for so long. It's just sad, they all looked so miserable. I ordered the 20 pcs boneless meal with 10 pcs of Cajin corn. I only received 9 pcs of chicken and my corn was burnt so i... couldn't eat it. I recommend yall take the extra time and order from the wingstop in fordham they are much more friendlier andactually get your order right. As for the burnside store get some new workers who actually know how to cook and count. Read more
Can this location please get new workers!!!! The female workers there are so lazy and rude!!! No matter how polite we are as... customers why must we deal with the attitudes of these lazy ppl that don?t want to work. If you?re unhappy get out of customerservice asap. I hold my tongue out of respect but today the rudeness I received all because I asked a young lady if I can changethe sauce on chicken that WASN?T even cooked and prepared yet. My child ordered food on her dad's account. She went to pick it up using her name. She was told they didn't have an order in her... name. After waiting in the car for her 20 minutes, I went inside. There were no other customers in there. When the lady behindthe counter saw me asking my child if there was a problem, then she asked to see the paid for order on her cellphone!Then....she took the cold order of food from the food pickup shelf and had my child sign a form!! Why did the lady have my childwaiting for food that she wasn't going to give her? She totally ignored her UNTIL I went into the store. TOTALLYUNACCEPTABLE!! Personally the food is tasteless!!! This was my first time here. Surprisingly I enjoyed it. I ordered mines to-go. The portions are huge. I couldn?t even make it... to half way finishing my meal. The fries have a rustic taste with chunky cuts. The tenders were thick, meaty and have thisawesome crunch as a batter. For less than $20 bucks it?s a great buy! Go RICK ROSS! Read more
