I have gone to this establishment for a few years now to give them the benefit of the doubt. I want to support my community and... shop locally, but just not here. This place has gone through many changes as well. They?ve remodeled and have had new owners. Ithought that the service and food would be of better quality because of these changes, but it's not. They continue to have thesame people preparing the food items. The bagels are always stale and horrible. The food that they do sell isn't great either.They get my orders wrong most of the time, and it's very annoying. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family. Read more
It?s with a heavy heart I write this review. I don?t want to give my local bagel place bad reviews but the quality has gone... downhill in the past year. The bagels are incredibly small, the filling is always embarrassingly small, and the staff are justnot organized at all. For the past year I?ve just been going to Lenny?s bagels in Pelham but today I had a massive headache anddecided to try again. I ordered and had my order repeated back to me. I get the order and massive parts of the order aremissing. I don?t k is until I get home because you can?t just open up your bagel. It?s a to-go service. But my order is wrong,again. Just as all my orders were wrong. This essentially means every time I have to come here I now have to open up my bagel infront of the staff to ensure the order is correct. This should be embarrassing for both the staff because it will be for me. I?mdone. Read more
I come here when I wake up too late to eat at home. The people are nice but they just look unorganized. Need a better system or... training. The place is always empty except for the regular crew in the back. The bagels are not that good. I always see peoplestanding around wondering why the person after them got their food first. I hate seeing small businesses go out of business butthere is a reason why that happens. Good luck. Read more
This place used to be great, unfortunately the new management and staff do not know how to run the place. Too many issues to... list, but here are a few: -Unfriendly staff (except for Hector when he was there) -Always screwing up orders. -Can rarely getsomeone to answer the phone -Charge you one price today and something different tomorrow, for the exact same item. Saveyourself the headache and go to Fleetwood deli on the corner. Much better service! Also looking forward to Starbucks openingat the pharmacy. Read more
This sandwich was yummy but didnt have cheese on it, waitress was great though and offered to put another type on after the... fact, my son's bagel on point as always. Had to add on the coffee is perfect!!! Read more
Excellent bagels, fast service and a surprising amount of seating space. I live in the area and come here a lot for a quick take... out bagel, but we've also had the breakfast omelette and the Nutella french toast and they were as good or better than our localdinners at very reasonable prices. Our only wish is that they carried cream cheese substitutes for our vegan and dairyintolerant friends. It's our favorite breakfast place in the area by far. Read more
Seems to have new management again and it?s a lot cleaner than before. The guy taking my order was precise and fast, looks like... they?re working on new systems. Hope it stays good, we really need more local shops like this. Read more
