Vegetarians and Vegans beware. We ordered a vegetable ramen and added in the special instructions that there should be no dairy,... meat or fish. Well to our surprise, there was chicken in the dish. Then when we called the restaurant, we were told that infact the dish was made with Pork broth. We found that the restaurant was both unapologetic and defensive, deflecting blameinstead of understanding why this was such an issue for a vegan. We will not be ordering from here again. Read more
Really impressive sushi. The fish is insanely fresh. Their fish is a cut above what you’d find at a standard sushi place.... Don’t really understand the negativity of some of the reviews which seem more about delivery time and portion size thanquality. You get what you pay for and at Kaito you pay for high quality fish. Big menu with a lot of variety. What my daughter and I had, the shrimp tempura and teriyaki steak was delicious. However my... wife had breaded pork fried up and it was a bit dry. I wouldn't order that again. But rest assured we'll be back to try someother items on the menu. Read more
Pick another restaurant! Honestly, I’d recommend going elsewhere for Japanese cuisine. Hubby & I wanted to try a new place for... dinner. Decided on Kaito and we regrettably wished we had just gone to any of our usual spots. We received cold-ish appetizers,strong drinks (in a bad way), steak not cooked to correct temperature as ordered and sushi not being up to par -how do you notmake a good shrimp tempura roll? might as well have gotten the California roll cuz it tasted meh. Overall for the quality of thefood and their pricing just not worth it. Like I said skip this one. Read more
Hamachi Kama is one of the house specials. Very few restaurants offer it a few do it as well !
During this quarantine my favorite sushi place closed temporarily, so i ordered take out from here instead. I was surprised it... was a 30 min process to make the sushi, but i assumed is because they were doing everything fresh, since there seemed to be noorders in front of me. Finally sit down, to eat this order, and it was by far the worst shirmp tempura i ever had; a gas stationtype. The texture felt old and weirdly crunchy:like old cheese puffs. We also ordered sweet potato rolls, idk what this was butit wasn't sweet potato, and it too was tasteless. My last hope was the spicy crunchy tuna roll, that was neither crunchy norspicy, but at least the tuna was fresh. It was meal, filled me up, no more than wendys would. And at least they had a goodpresentation. Thank you for the service, but will not be eating from here again. Read more
