i ordered the chicken california on 2 occasions. they put tomatoes on the first one and pickles on the second one. neither one... of them were supposed to be on the sandwiches and i also ordered cheese sauce with my fries. they didn't include it the firsttime but the second time, it was almost cold. i don't believe they take a good look at the order and give the customer what theyask for. also 2 male employees came out from behind the kitchen, i think they were taking their break but they stared at me wheni took a seat to wait for my order and that made me feel really uncomfortable Read more

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Please don?t go to this location. Go to the one at the mall or Parma. They messed up my order... completely and they give very minimum food. I got an ultimate fries and there was only about 7 fries with a bit of cheese, someranch, and no bacon. Then on my sandwich I asked for extra ranch and I got no ranch.
