Good food but very expensive for a sub. Lower your prices this is still fast food!!
Won't be going here again. I had a coupon for 7.50 for a medium sandwich limit of 2. I told them on the phone when ordering that... I had this coupon and that I wanted to use it for the 2 sandwiches. They said ok. I arrived and they tried to tell me it wasgoing to be 17.98 or something. Then I said with the coupon?? They guy said yes... what?? Then I said here is the coupon. Theguy takes it and scans it only one time. I don't go to mr. heros barely ever so I assumed this was ok. Then the cashier tells meits going to be 16 something. I say why would it be 16? do you guys charge tax on food? The cashier said yes... ????????. Solong story short it sure seemed like they did not plan accepting my coupon and then once I handed to him he knew to scan ittwice for 2 sandwiches and didn't then when questioned they told me they charge tax on food.. wow just wow.. it should've been$15 even. Overpriced!! Got 3 12" sandwiches..2 roman n 1 Cheese steak extra meat..n 2 orders of fries w cheese.. Total was like $40..... complete garbage.. cheese steak was definitely not double meat n dry n over cooked...all sandwiches were so bland..I would'vehad a better meal spending 1/4 of the price n going to rallies or subway.. I have lived in Wisconsin for the last 8 years and I missed Mr. Hero! Now that I have returned to N.E Ohio I am OVERJOYED that... I can eat delicious Roman Burgers without driving 400 miles I arrived right when they unlocked the doors so I knew they wouldneed extra time to finish setting things up before they would be able to make my order. The person working was a delight!! Sowell spoken and thoughtful! I could tell he was concerned that I would get upset that my meal would take a little longer but Iassured him I understood. But let me tell you. The extra 5 or 10 minutes I waited was WORTH IT. OMG ???? so so so good. Gettingthose waffle fries fresh out of the basket cooked in fresh oil was perfect. This is RATED a 1 star ONLY because 0 IS NOT an OPTION!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER EVER GO HERE!! Literally the smallest... cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had. Cashier tried to charge $50.36 for 2 meals! Then had enough nerve to get an attitude becausehe rang up a bunch of stuff no one ordered and then he tried not giving us our cups for drinks!
