Ordered 2 steak sandwiches for 20$ 1 for me and 1 for my girlfriend. The meat was old, chewy, and the taste was way off on both... sandwiches. Not the 1st time i got bad food from this location. Stop selling stale meat. Waste of 20$. Read more
Thurs May 26th, 8:23 pm. I'm at the door and there is 2 people in there playing music so loud it should b a noise complaint.... This place is terrible. Most disrespectful people ive ever dealt with. Close this place down and put in another sub/sandwichplace. Dont go here, take your business elsewhere where they respect you!! Shame on you subway for letting these people smearyour brand!!! Terrible customer service. I Was the only customer ordering food no one in front and no one behind, there was two people sitting... and halfway done eating their food. Lady had to be mid 30s and was just rude from the start. Didn?t even finish ordering foreveryone because she kept getting nastier after each sandwich I ordered, which was only two 6 in subs (one ham &turkey withcheese, one meatball& pepperoni with cheese) and one 12in meat ball sub. Instead of being helpful, she was very impatient, rudeand nasty for no reason. Will not be coming back to the restaurant again. Would not recommend this subway either. Read more
This used to be the best place to get a Subway, but now you cannot make 2 Separate orders without being hassled by the lady... behind the counter. Also no free cookies when you bring a receipt in. She said the owner stands by his rules. That's hard forme to believe. Read more
Place was clean, the food looked okay except the lettuce. Girl was fast, efficient and the sub was good.
The one on snow rd in brookpark has been seriously slacking. The last 4 or 5 times my boyfriend or I have gotten food from here,... our food has been messed up. We do the order online so we dont have to wait in line with the kids and everytime we get back homewe either have toppings we didn't ask for, toppings we asked for not on it and once a sandwich type we didn't even order. Lovesubway but will definitely be going to another location from now on. Read more
The woman working the register charged me for 2 drinks (I only got one) and never gave me my change. It was only 40 cents but... still not very difficult to give out the changed owed to the customer. There was a young guy his service was good but overallthe rest of the subway staff was just awful. Read more
