Literally almost every single night by 11 their ?fryers are down?, lights are always turned off to look like they?re Not open,... lately out of beef every other day. Drive to middleburg for better service & better quality food. You?ll thank me. Read more
We pulled in the Drive-Thru within 30 minutes of closing. We were told at the speaker that the only options available were tacos... or burritos, and that there was no beef but we could sub chicken. The lights were out and I could not see the menu so I had toask what chicken based burritos they had (it's not what I normally order) I was recommended to get a five layer burrito and subthe beef for chicken. We decided to just order five of those to keep it simple and also got a drink. On my way up to the windowI noticed that the cost was a little high, so when I pulled up I asked the associate if we were up-charged for the chickendespite them being out of beef. She informed us that when the store is at fault they do not charge, but since it was the trucksfault for not being there, they the store were not at fault. Therefore we were still being upcharged. I was wasn't sure how torespond, so my partner responded that it seemed weird that the store was claiming to not be at fault since it really wasn't ourfault as the customers that we had to sub cause the store was out of an ingredient. However she cut us off and rudely asked ifwe wanted the food or not. When I said yes and handed her the money she slammed the window closed. When she came back with ourchange I told her 'hey I know that it's a late night but there really isn't a reason to be rude,' to which she rolled her eyesand said 'I'm just going to get you your money' and slammed the window again. She came back a few minutes later, she handed meback what I had paid for the food, and then abrupy walked away. I was not sure what this meant since we had asked about theup-charge and I sat at the window for a few minutes until she came back and asked what we wanted. I told her I was confused asto what happened and she said that we were being rude and then called her rude so she decided that we were not allowed to eatthere. My chicken quesadilla was fine and that is the only reason I added a star. I used to order my Crunchwrap Supremes with NO sour... cream and extra nacho cheese, but have tried keeping simple by only requesting no sour cream. It?s extremely disappointing howeven that can be messed up in more ways than one. It?s supposed to have nacho cheese; not shredded cheese. To top it off, wedidn?t even get a receipt. Ordered the regular Doritos tacos and there is BARELY ANY MEAT IN IT! Never coming back to this one. Rather make the drive to... another Taco Bell than come back to this location and waste my money.
