Ordered an adult happy meal and a Big Mac. I paid for it when I got to the pick up window they told me that they didn't have... the happy meal. I replied then why didn't the person who took my order tell me that. The gentleman didn't speak English properlybut I asked for a refund and he didn't give it to me. I don't like to argue with people, so I just left with the Big Mac. Whenmy son opened the Big Mac there were fleas all over the sandwich. I had to throw it out and nobody ate. Very disappointed. Willnot go back, besides leaving the parking lot there is so dangerous. Read more

People can drive in back of Costco next door to the Danbury Federal Rd. McDonald's and drive through the McDonald's parking lot.... This sometimes creates a traffic jam for people waiting in the drive thru lane. McDonald's should either close off the Costcoaccess, or at least put up a No Left Turn sign for people coming out of Costco and cutting through the McDonald's lot. They cango around the building rather than cutting through the drive thru lane. Someone almost hit me today. Read more
Filled out the survey on top of the receipt. When I used it they said it wasn?t free as it said. It is only buy one me get one... free. I?m calling my lawyer because I only did the survey for the free sandwich. So if this isn?t a bait and switch I don?t knowwhat is. Stoped the other night and it took 20 miners to get my order. Excellent service on the ordering side and delicious as always. If I could be picky the fries could be a little fresher, but... that would be being picky. I appreciate the kindness of service though, nice to hear and interact with people who don't hatetheir jobs. Read more
