Apparently they now close at 5pm. Don't make the mistake of driving all the way there to find out like I did. Super disappointed... because I would have taken my lunch break at work earlier had I known they would be closed when I arrived. Now I guess I'm justnot having dinner tonight. Read more
This place is amazing, any one who is complaining about there hours or the dining area clearly has never worked in food service... especially in the last 3 years. Staff is always so friendly, and the employees are clearly trying there best. Read more
I have never been to such a dirty Panera before. The trash area was spilling over literally. Tables were all filthy. Fabric... seats were torn. Carpeting was sticky and full of food and paper. I mentioned to the staff behind the counter and they said?ok.? Likely understaffed. Not crowded. Read more
Hate this Place as far as they do not have PRINTED MENUS. If you go online YOU MUST REGISTER which leads to many texts &... emails.....and still can't download a menu. Anyone who does go online for these types of restaurant apps is opening the windowfor hackers, fraud...etc Read more
My encounter with the young man who took my order was friendly. When I asked for the receipt of my order, he refused me. I also... tipped him. The man who was behind me received his receipt. I speculate that the man who took my order overcharged me. To denyme the receipt for my purchase didn?t sit right with me. I can?t patronize a business if I?m unable to trust it. The food was fine. We ordered a couple of Mediterranean bowls. We also had some cookies which was good. But after dinner I... returned to the counter to order a tea and coffee, the dark roast coffee was out, the light roast was lukewarm, and the hotwater was also lukewarm.
