We ate at the restaurant on October 9 and the meal was terrible. We were there because we had a wonderful meal 10 days prior to... this evening?s. We were six people and the two of us ordered the same thing we ordered previously and it was inedible. Thepizza was like a frozen pizza out of the box. The pasta with mushrooms was overcooked pasta with dry mushrooms dumped on top, nosauce, no mixing together. Our guests had similar experiences. The food was simply inedible. So bad we had to throw it out.Granted they were busy, but it?s no excuse if you can?t handle the rush don?t fill the tables. I called the restaurant the nextday to let them know that we had a terrible meal, and that they woefully underperformed and I was told someone would call meback to discuss. No one called back. If they don?t care enough to communicate with their unsatisfied customers who once had beensatisfied, then people should know that things have changed at Pulcinella. Bad food, bad attitude. Read more

My wife ordered dinner online for me to pick up on my way home. After a short wait, the bag was handed to me and I left. As we... were finishing our meal, she realized the desserts were not in the bottom of the bag. I called and asked for a credit as Ididn't want to drive back to pick the desserts up. It's been four days and no credit has shown up on my credit card yet, butthe full bill appeared the next day. I have subsequently received a refund for the missing desserts. Read more
This place has a very nice ambiance with white twinkle lights throughout the dining room, along with small lamps on the tables.... Food was very good. The bus person needs to be trained a bit better. Placing things like the bread board on our menus and glassbases wasn?t exactly the best. Aside from that, everything else was very good. Read more
We visited Pulcinella Wood Fired Pizza yesterday for the first time. There were 4 of us. The place is so pretty inside. Food was... way above fantastic! The service was perfect. The red sauce was one of the best I have had. It was not too acidic, just perfect.Pizza was to die for. Chicken parmesan was as soft as butter. No knife needed. Everyone's meal was wonderful.
