By far the best ice cream place around... better than Ferris Acres and whomever else people want to name. They make their own... ice cream and put plenty of toppings in. The owner is incredibly nice and all of the staff are great. Owner has made specialflavors for us by request, and puts aside Quarts when asked. Went tonight for the first (and likely last) time. While my cookies & cream was a generous serving size - and the cookies were... plentiful in the mix - everything else was negative. The guy behind the counter was at best indifferent to us, at worst annoyedwe were there. My wife ordered a brownie sundae and received a regular sundae. When she mentioned it, our guy went to the back,grabbed a bucket of brownies from the fridge, stuck his bare hand in (which was also just handling money), and put some on topand handed it back to my wife. To top it off, there was a hair on one of the brownies so she got her money back for the sundaeand we left. My ice cream was good (not great), not sure on the sundae since she didn?t try it since she noticed the hair rightaway. We?ll probably try their larger Oxford location to give them another shot, but this (closer) Brookfield location is outfor us. Read more

The ice cream is decent but there is one lady who was so rude to us. We came to visit from Texas for a week and our stop here... completely ruined our mood for the day. According to this lady(who I assume is one of the managers)customers only get one sampledue to covid. We weren?t told that when the other employees began to give us several samples each. At this point 5 out of 8 ofus had ordered and we had been in the store for maybe 5 minutes and every single minute this lady keeps asking impatiently ifwe?re done. When my wife asked an employee for a third sample of a new flavor she hadn?t tried yet, this lady spoke up and said?customers only get one sample? in a very rude manner. After she said that the three of us who hadn?t ordered knew we didn?tneed to buy ice cream from a company that hires employees who hate life. We reluctantly paid for the 5 ice creams we had orderedand sat down to watch the others eat. A little later one of the male employees did provide an apology for the lady?s actionsearlier. Read more

I come here regularly either with or without my family for ice cream. They have really good fresh creamy ice cream all the... time. And their menu is changing all the time. Sometimes with other specialty flavors other times with seasonal stuff. Besidesthe fact that this is the only ice cream shop in the area it's also really good ice cream. Read more

Walked in and greeted the two girls behind the counter to no response at all but they greeted the people coming in behind us... with smiles. Besides that, we bought two milkshakes and a two scoop ice cream. The flavors we picked were just ok. Better icecream and service can be found within a short drive. Read more
