Horrible service and attitude from a lady who even looked to be in a manager uniform on 10/25. She was mad for no reason, maybe... because she continued to misunderstand what we were telling her. Nelson was very nice, polite and most importantly professional!!! Grilled chicken sandwich was made exactly as ordered. However,... there was a mix up between order of French fries and chives sour cream potato order, which Nelson seamlessly resolved by passingword to other staff next time I'll be ordering. Food quality was good. Everything was hot and fresh, but the store needs a renovation. Dirty carpet, Men's room in need of... repair. By looking at the ceiling and carpet, you could tell where the salad bar used to be, and that was eliminated in the 90s! Read more
This Wendy's should be Orphaned by Dave Thomas! Ordered 2 chocolate frostys, I get to the window, here! Says the clerk, hands me... 2 strawberry, he says we were out of chocolate... Oh so you just decided to poison me with something I didn't order? Getsbetter, the manager take it back, and tells him to save it for the next order! Outdated and very limited menu: many things were marked as no longer available. I whitenessed a start member drop fry prongs on... the floor and put them tight back on the food. Long wait, though not very busy. Read more
By far the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Wendy?s. The person taking orders at the drive through did not realize that his... menu offered a chicken version of the particular sandwich I ordered and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn?t be able to get whatI wanted. (Mind you the option was number 11 on the menu). When he took payment he snatched my credit card from my hand and wasextremely rude. This location needs to work on their customer service skills. Busy night tonight- understandable since everyone is getting out of work. Waited in line patiently before being attended.
