I do like happy hour and having drink and food brought out to me.

I just had the worst experience at Sonic. I had ordered a chicken slinger and it came with several obvious hairs sticking out of... the sandwich. I told the server I did not want another sandwich because I was nauseous at the thought of what else maybe in thenext sandwich. I asked for a refund I was told they would give me coupons. They gave me promotional coupons that are for adollar off or buy one get one free! I am so angry that I paid for an inedible hairy sandwich and was given a coupon for dollaroff to buy another! My mom ordered on the mobile app and my daughter picked up the order. When she (my daughter) got back with the order part of the... order was wrong most of it was cold and the burgers where burnt. Upon contacting Sonic about her order the manager told my momthat once my daughter had left with the mobile ordern it wasn't there problem and then hung up on my mom. Read more
The first week of Sonic opening in Brookfield Missouri in May 2022 (?), there were some minor kinks that they needed to work... out, such as staff being able to rollerskate? Funny till they end up using your vehicle to bring them to a STOP while trying todeliver your order! ???????? Or hearing and understanding what the customers are ordering over the (new) commsystems/speakers! BUT all-in-all, their staff are very friendly, helpful, and aim to please their customers, and their locationis also convenient! ????
