I have been going to the location for awhile and tonight will likely be my last. Service has been poor since pandemic and have... alot of recent poor experiences but tonight was the worst experience. I feel for the workers that are working and understand therestaurant is understaffed, but it doesnt give an excuse when you sit a party and have the experience i had. We had a party of 8and got seated at 6:15 and pit orders in right away. 6 people got their food at a reasonable time (6:45), but two people(myself) never got to eat. We asked at 7:00 where the last orders were and were told they would check. We didnt hear back until7:40 that the last two orders at our table didnt get submitted. Given our party was done eating 30 mins ago, we decided tocancel the order that was not submitted. This place used to be good. Our last visit was garbage. Waited 15 min to get seated even though the place was empty. Waited... almost an 40 min to get our appetizer, then another 35 min to get our food. Watched others come in, order, and get their foodbefore we got anything even after asking our waitress. It was so bad we watched people go up and get their own drinks becausethe waitresses weren't doing it. I thought it would be the lack of workers but that wasent the case. Workers just standingaround, joking, watching TV. All in we were there for almost 2 hours, most of which was waiting and being ignored. Read more

I was there on 11/13/22 at dinner time. I?m sorry I don?t remember her name but the waitress was amazing. She was the only... waitress in the dining room and was doing the best she could. People, if you are going to go out be patient. Everywhere is shortstaffed. The table next to me walked out after 30 mins waiting for food. I was told it was the 3rd table that evening to do so.To me, that?s not an unreasonable time to wait for food. As someone who works in the industry, I?ve been there and I couldimagine how upset our waitress was. But she was amazing and held it together. She kept us informed as to when our food wascoming out and I never waited for a refill even with all the tables she had. I hope the next time we come in she is able to waiton us as well. Read more

How this place hasn't lost its franchise here I don't know. When you walk in you may or may not be allowed to dine in, due to... "staffing" issues some nights this facility will only allow carry out. Other nights you're forced to sit in the bar area and mayor may not be dealing with the lone bartender trying to do it all. Not one single time have I seen a manager there to help staffor work tables, maybe they're cooking? I would think twice about eating here, yes the food is decent and usually hot, theservice is what's causing so many issues. Read more

Service seemed to be good!!! It 45 minutes until my meal was brought to my table, my waitress (Sam) would come by to tell me my... order was next out of the kitchen. It was not two tables that ordered after me had there food. Didn't think much about it untilmine was delivered to the table and half of the wings were cold. Was told to sit in bar area. Servers were avoiding eye contact while serving tables next to us. After 15 minutes I went up to... cashier (no host) and asked if we could have a server. She said one just came in. Again seen servers walking right past usacting like we don't exist. After 25 minutes I felt dumb for continuing to sit there when they obviously did not want us there.We never were Greeted, never got menus, but the table next to us was getting full service. Asked for the manager and theywouldn't come out. If you are busy ok fine. Every restaurant is short staffed and busy. I have never been completely ignored .IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE VOLUME STOP. Regardless of the situation, any restaurant owner should serve its customers with dignity and respect. Cant believe this... restaurant had bare minimum employees to save overhead and compromise integrity. It was a total KOS while attending family outnight. Manager should be sent to leadership and business courses. Read more
