Incredibly disappointed. Beware of cafe Hollander if you have allergies. I called about my order, and told them I have a gluten... & dairy allergy. I was told they’d tell the kitchen, but my delivery arrived with cheese on it. Upsetting. Additionally- myBLT had 3 tiny pieces of bacon on it. (See attached photo) It was $17. For what? I called Hollander (from work on my lunchbreak) and they said there is nothing they can do whatsoever, because I had Uber eats deliver the food. Well Uber Eats didabsolutely nothing wrong. Extremely disappointed by the careless regarding allergies, the tiny portion for the cost, and thelack of ownership for their mistake. Read more

Great location with a fun atmosphere and delicious food! They have a great variety of food and drinks and can accommodate small... to large party sizes for dining. The cheese curds were overdone but the rest of the meal was great. The kids meals are served ina fun bento box style with fruit and veggies. The location itself is great with both outdoor and indoor seating and friendlyservice. Read more

I reserved an outdoor dome since we had dogs and out of town guests. It was a fun experience to eat outside in the winter. The... service was good and the pomegranate mule drink package we selected was tasty. I liked all the appetizers and the breakfasttacos. The side potatoes were super bland and others in my group also did not like their potatoes Read more

Really cool atmosphere and the beet burger was amazing. Not sure how healthy this sandwich was but it did pack an amazing... amount of flavor. If I was ever back in the area I would definitely return and get the beet burger again. Read more

never been here before. drove from Chicago to try the food here...we were actually at another restaurant waiting for a table for... over half hour when we decided to come here instead. Told there was no wait, and we were seated immediately upstairs. the placeis huge - filled with all kinds of interesting decor and old pictures of Europe and 50s-70s style advertising plastered on thewalls. we ordered the pretzel battered cheese curds, they just tasted like regular battered cheese curds maybe we were given thewrong stuff I don't know but they were good anyways. We were so thirsty and were kept entertained with endless refills of cokeand diet as we waited for our meal. we had the chopped chicken salad along with the salmon salad and our third member got theburger, I can't remember the name of it (there's actually an artistic painting of it in the parking garage), without bacon. theburger came with fries which we all shared and they were absolutely fantastic. they were a little crunchy and stayed warm whichwas just perfect. these are the best fries I've ever had I think. the cost wasn't bad but being in the evening at this time ofyear the sun was shining through all of the beautiful windows right into my face. I suggest sitting downstairs or on the eastside of the restaurant if you go in the evenings and don't like angled light. the food was very good, but probably 10% more thanI think it should be as far as cost. it's still worth it. our waiter *Josh* was very attentive and came back many times. Sat Oct16 2021. Total bill $65ish with 3 meals, appetizer, large coke, large apple juice. Thank you Josh and crew! We'll be back Read more

I'm really not sure why we waited so long to go back to Cafe Hollander as it was even better than I had remembered. We had... visited the Mequon and Wauwatosa locations before and have never been disappointed. This was our first dinner at theirBrookfield location at the Corners. It was a beautiful early Friday evening on July 9th when we stopped by to give thislocation a try. Cafe Hollander Brookfield, like their other locations, has a modern European gastropub vibe. The restaurant isvery big with multiple floors and an AMAZING rooftop outdoor seating area. There were a lot of customers dining but, the placeis so big and so well staffed it didn't seem crowded or overly busy. We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously. Theservice was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Aside from the food, Cafe Hollander has an extensive beer selection with anemphasis on Belgian beers. What was a really nice touch was that each beer I ordered came with a specific glass made for thatbeer by the brewery - it was cool to drink each beer out of glassware that was designed with the best way to enjoy the beer inmind. We started our meal with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. This brussel sprout appetizer easily makes it into the top fivelist of best foods I've had this year - yes, it is that good. The sprouts are crispy fried and seasoned with an amazingcombination of parmesan cheese, pickled peppadew peppers and spicy pepitas. If you're stopping at Cafe Hollander, this is amust-order appetizer. For dinner we had the Big Smokey Burger (nice portion size, gooey smoked Gouda - bacon & avocado with alittle kick from the jalapeno BBQ sauce - a seriously good burger) & the Bacon Avocado Chicken Wrap (again, a good portion sizewith great flavor from the blackened garlic ranch aioli) - crispy well seasoned fries with both. Overall, a spectacular venueand drinking / eating experience - we won't wait as long as we did to return and we'll definitely be back to explore Read more
