got to the mall at 5:45pm just to eat at Charley's !! When we got to the counter the young girl tells us that we have to wait... about 20 minutes because they needed to clean the grills so we waited about 15 minutes when new customers went to thecounter the girl again told them they were cleaning the grills and that it would be 20 minutes !!! So I waited until 6:20pm andwent back to the counter this time it was another girl who tried to tell me the same thing !! So I told her well don't you closesoon and you guys told me that at 5:50 and it's going on 6:30 pm so she looked at her watch and said oh yeah ok I can take yourorder now !!! Like what!?? They were fooling around !!! Man working making all kinds of loud noise!!! We still ordered and theyliterally put cold bacon on my hot fries !!! Young generation cannot be left unattended when the business realizes they notmaking any money now you know why !!! Workers just fooling around turning People away!!! Read more

Person fixing the sandwiches handled raw chicken with gloves on, then continued to add veggies and cheese without changing... gloves. When mentioned that it was a cross contamination risk both the person making the sandwich and the manager were upset. They also were upset when asked for a refund. Read more

Very disappointing!!! We normally get A 1 service and an excellent sub from the location on S. 27th. That location is closed... on Sundays????????, so we went to the Brookfield location instead. Ordered on the app for curbside pick up. First it's notclearly marked where to go for curbside. I clicked the button that we were here. After waiting, I called... I guess they don'tcheck whatever they need to check because they didn't know I had arrived. Anyway, we finally get our subs. We asked for extramushrooms, onions, & green peppers.. didn't get that. I didn't see any mushrooms & I had one big green pepper strip. Thebread was old & the meat tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Very disappointing. We drove way on the other side oftown just to get it since we love their subs so much!!!! If this would of been the first time I tried this restaurant, I wouldnever come back. Just a complete waste of money especially with gas prices @ $4.00 a gallon!!! I'll never come back hereagain!!! If u want your sub cooked right, go to the one on S. 27th!!!! Read more

I was actually waiting to pick up an order for delivery, and the owner made me a chicken sammich and fries while I waited along... with the order I was there to pick up. Super nice guy. I was actually starving and money was extremely tight this month, but Ithink because the owner has some sort of superpowers sent by God Himself, he knew I would genuinely appreciate such a wonderfulgesture. This was literally the best sammich I've had in years and the fries tasted like good memories from childhood. Thatmight sound weird but that's the only way I can describe it. I just want to thank the owner for his kindness. I really needed tobe reminded there's still beautiful people in this angry world. You're one of those beautiful people and I totally appreciateyou. ?? First time I ordered from here, my food was just being finished as I get here which was great. Thus tome that I ordered, had to... wait an extra 20 minutes after arriving for food to be made. Nobody was even working on it before I arrived. Place was not evenbusy. No the customers even around. I may go to different location next time and drive the extra distance. Read more
