I usually don't like to leave reviews if its bad. But this time was the final straw. My fiancé and I are appalled at the lack... of service at this Chipotle. The food is always tasty, and the restaurant is clean. However, it ALWAYS seems that we are gettingin the way of the employee's conversations amongst themselves or their phone time. It really doesn't take much to feel welcomein a business. Nobody is friendly or has a smile on their face. And besides the food being good, the thing I take away from thisbusiness is the bad customer service, or lack there of completely. Will be going to the location on Hwy. 100 from now on. Read more

Food was cold when I picked it up at the scheduled time. This has happened all 3 times I ordered. Portion size for online orders... is hit or miss. Last time was good, but the first 2 were super small. Read more

I ordered through Chipotle app. Order was nissing an item amd was cold. Delivery was 16 minutes late which is an issue when you... only have 30 minutes for lunch. Tried to contact this location and was put in an endless automated system and then hung up on.Vey terrible experience! Read more

the store opened late.. I was there at 10:30 the sign said they opened at 10:45 I watched the worker unlock every other door but... the front door.. it was another lady who pulled up at next to me at opening time it was not until she approached the door thatthey actually unlocked it and that was almost 11:00..They were not the best it was my first time there.. they were nothelpful..I tried ordering the kids meal they gave her a full size meal I didn't get the guacamole I ordered and oddly enoughthey did not come with any tortillas not even on the side. No longer worth the money nor the time. When you make a burrito, try not to use the dried out rice. Try to make the burrito so... that the ingredients are throughout every bite instead of all topping, then all rice, and then all protein. Go back to Taco Belland start at the beginning. Better yet, practice in your home kitchen. Your nana can show you! Try to have fresh chips, youknow, the ones that don't feel like they have been steamed. I agree with other review that the burrito is very cold. I ordered in person and bought home. The food are so cold you can feel... from the aluminum wrap. The burrito is so loose. Not much steak for a more than 9 dollar burrito. What a waste for a nicelocation like that Read more

I placed a $30 order online so I wouldn?t have to walk in and order the food. In the past I never felt the need to check my food... before I left the building but I definitely regret not doing that this time around. The food was very cold. Almost like it waspulled out of a refrigerator. I ordered a chicken bowl, tacos and salad. Everything was cold including the taco shells. Mind youI live 10 mins away from this location so I was not late picking the food up. The chicken in my bowl was very burnt. All I couldtaste was charcoal. I also asked for extra corn and was still given one scoop. I always get the mild salsa as well but Iliterally only seen like 4 squares of the tomato. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.
