The burger was supposed to have jalepeno ranch and jalepeno poppers on it. It did not have either it had raw jalepenos on it.... The nachos were supposed to be on fresh chips but they were on soggy doritos and a small portion with very little meatdefinitely not worth the price. They said the food would be done at 1145 and it wasn't done until noon making me late gettingback to work. They were not busy. There were two people eating two people waiting for food and that was all. The cook wasrunning around in the kitchen trying to do what was needed while the girl with long redish hair played on her phone the wholetime. I won't trust to spend my money there again. First time I order a 6 piece and I was able to get all flats but had to pay a little extra. Went today and the SAME LADY WHO... CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR ALL FLATS tells me that this can't be done at all. $10.49 for 6 wings is already steep but to not letcustomers request for the pieces that they are spending their money on is ridiculous Read more
Ok family came here on a Saturday night and it was basically empty...that was the first red flag. I ignored it because I have... eaten here in the past like 2 years ago. Our total was like $75.00 for a family of 4. And I was so disappointed. I don'tcomplain so I just sucked it up. I will never order from here again. I felt like I was just throwing gmy money away. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. Being I work close by I order from here 3+ times a week. Always good always hot.... Cod sandwich all the cheesesteaks and all appetizers are on point...the bacon yeah skip it but everything I've had so far wasgreat along with the customer service! Read more
Very nice people but very bland food. Oh and Ketchup and Mayo is free of charge but Hot Sauce is gonna cost you..weird
Horrible, just horrible!!! Don't eat here. Tried for the first time on door dash. First off they changed there name on door dash... to Burger MKE because they know people don't like this place. I ordered 2 burgers, with Angus beef patties and some toppings.The pictures are what I received. Attached are also pictures of the receipt I received with the bag. So the orders were enteredcorrectly. Just made completely wrong! They were both black bean veggie burger patties and the toppings were both way off too,like gyro meat????? Who would get a veggie Pattie with gyro meat? I called the restaurant, and they were very much less thenhelpful they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me my money back or even just make the order right!They swindled me out of over $30! If you want to give your money away and not get the right food then this is the place for you.Please just go somewhere else. And hopefully they close this place. Read more
Customer service from staff was poor. I ordered the "Philly steak cheese meal". Meat does not taste or look like steak to me.... Not the best sandwhich and probably at the lowest end in my opinion. The bread was extremely dry even with mayo, the meat hadsome flavor that was not good. The meat, onions and peppers were not cooked at order. It taste like it was premade and terribleidea. The sandwhich was not steaming hot and I dined in. The fries are the only thing I can say that pretty good. For this to bea cheese steak place. Smdh. It does not live up to a real cheese steak.
