I have been here many times over the years, this is the 4th time I am telling the same simple story.. I got a bag of chips with... 5 chips in it , i could tell before I opened it something was wrong... I have never received any response!! Do you read yourYelp reviews because you have new ones. Why is there a tip cup in the drive through window, it’s totally inappropriate! Order 3 subs with fries and drinks. 2 of the 3 were made incorrectly. We said light mayo on one and there was so much Mayo it... oozed out all sides. The other one wasn't supposed to have tomatoes and had what appeared to be extra. The only one that wascorrect was a meatball which is kinda hard to mess up. I went through the drive through here to get dinner for the family after a work conference ran late. I don't come out this way... often so I've never been to this restaurant before. It's a 40 minute drive home, and on the way my son opened the bag of food tostart eating. Instead of our order of cheese curds, we had gotten fries instead. I was too far away to turn around so I had myson help me call them. I spoke to a manager and explained what happened, and said that I didn't want a coupon since I wouldn'tbe back in the area for the foreseeable future. The manager was able to refund me the price of the cheese curds and apologized.I understand that these things happen, and I was very pleased with how helpful the restaurant was. I love club sandwich from cousins always. Some peppers and have a delicious sandwich...
pretty poor experience. drive thru only. got a cheese steak and fries the cheese steak was cold with barely any meat and only... had cheese lettuce and mayo on it (should have tomatoes and onions as well). fries were nice and hot but hadn't a grain of salton them. went back in line to get a proper sandwich which they were polite about providing but the cheese steak was stilllackluster--lukewarm and lacking salt. I've never really had a problem at any cousins location before and i rarely take the timeout of my day to write reviews but this experience was particularly awful. take your money elsewhere. Read more
