Brian, the Manager of this location is such a great guy!. My son and I arrived there one evening to have a "guy's night" and... Brian introduced himself and built such an impression that we went out our way to returned back a week later. On the day of ourreturn, Brian recalled me and my son and my son informed Brian that it was his Birthday, Brian was so awesome, he took my son tothe back and gave him the most wonderful experience by allowing my son to make his very own pizza! I hope that Brian and thislocation continues to excel in business as Brian and this team are the exemplatory of The great Customer Experience! I placed a decent order of 3 large pizzas, breadsticks and drinks for my Son's birthday with his small group of friends. Dominos... cancelled the order after 30 minutes with no info....happened to check my phone after 45 mins of the order and noticed thecancellation. Last night I placed an order online for carry out. Two medium pizzas and an order of bread sticks. When I arrived it said there... were 3 mins left til my food was up. As they were packaging my bread sticks they fell to the ground and needed to be remade. Iwas told it?d be an additional 7 mins. No biggie. Mistakes happen. Everything was still hot when we got home to eat. While I waswaiting a young man walked in asking for his order. He had ordered one single brownie. The staff was extremely busy. Maybe evenshort staffed. He was yelling at the staff, clapping his hands at them screaming that he ordered a single brownie 30 mins ago.The woman, Brittany, asked for his receipt. He showed her and he did indeed order a brownie for carry out but at a differentstore. He walked out. No apology. Nothing. What is wrong with people?! So I am writing this review in hopes that the workersthat were there last night see this review. Thank you. And I?m sorry that you have to deal with those type of people on a dailybasis. It's basic Domino's, however, the night I ordered(1/2/2022), a young guy was ALL ALONE back there with an order list easily in... the 30s, with more tickets printing randomly. He was polite, courteous and quick. Being a chatty person, I couldn't help butmake convo, even though I knew he was too busy. He never cut me off or acted like I was a nuisance, even though I was ???? Ourpizzas were pretty much perfect (maybe a bit more veggies on one pizza would have been perfect). Far exceeds expectations! I placed a large order online a few days in advance, we went to pick the order up and realized I had... entered the wrong date. Totally my error, they said no worries and made 13 pizzas in twenty minutes and 11 pizzas for our secondorder. They were fast, friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. Kudos to this location! We order from these guys all the time! Our kids cheese pizza was brought to us with a huge mosquito cooked in. When I called,... the guy I spoke with hung up on me when I was in the process of telling him the issue. I called back and he acted like he didn?tknow it was him I spoke with. Asked if I knew the name of the person I spoke with, I said no. Clearly he was intent on beingrude to me. Told me to bring the pizza up because that?s their policy. They couldn?t do anything else. We paid for delivery andhad it delivered for a reason! Obviously we can?t get there and I told him this. He hung up on me again. Come on man, my childbit into this pizza. Was the only kid pizza, you could tell by what we ordered. We?re calling corporate! This so unfortunate. Read more
