I've been wanting to try this place and it definitely didn't disappoint! Our server Trent was super kind and made sure we... understood the menu options and had everything we needed. The food was super tasty and atmosphere was busy but I didn't feelcrowded next to the other tables. There was quite a wait after 11am so I'm glad we went at around 10am. What a great breakfast and brunch spot in the Brookfield area. We made took the 15 minute trip from Wauwatosa to try out First... Watch and their local, farm fresh cuisine and it was worth the trip! Their freshly juiced concoctions were great and thebreakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy were some of the best that we have had. I would highly recommend checking it out! Enjoy local. Read more

Stopped in Saturday morning with a party of 5 and was seated immediately even though it appeared very busy. Service was... exceptional, our server was friendly and attentive. The menu selections range from traditional to eclectic with severalsignature dishes that had to be tried. Chickychanga and pork carnitas breakfast burrito were both amazing as well as the Frenchtoast all presented beautifully. The entire experience was wonderful. OMG!!!!!! This place lived up to expectations. A foodie friend recommended First Watch to me and I was instantly intrigued. Food... was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Newly remodeled with some great fall food specials! Love the seasonal choices but the main menu is also amazing. Restaurant vibe... is calm and servers are so nice. Remember to ask for potatoes if you don?t prefer the salad! Read more
This was a wonderful experience! I hadn't been to this location in many years but it was good to see that the quality has not... decreased. I met a junior high, high school, and college friend here: we haven't seen each other in nearly 40 years! My marketveggie sandwich was exquisite, with crimini mushrooms zucchini, spinach, and basil pesto with a smattering of mayo andmozzarella on a wonderfully grilled bread. With a little salad on the side? It was a very filling but not overwhelming meal thatunfortunately, I could not finish. And I could not take leftovers because I was heading out for more sightseeing that day. Wehave one of these in Tucson as well and I would love to check it out sometime. Well done, First Watch.
