Came in to pickup an order yesterday and ended up waiting 30-40 mins for my order, so did 7 other people. But walk-ins that... we?re ordering then and there were immediately serviced and given their food. Offered drinks for the wait, then never gave usdrinks for the wait. I understand they were busy but you can?t just serve customers walking in and then leave your people whoordered that long ago still waiting. They only made one of our subs right away that was a hot sub. By the time I got my 2nd submy 1st one was completely cold and not the greatest tasting.
