I ordered for curbside, it was ready within 10 minutes and they brought it out immediately when I got there. I was surprised... they didn't have a designated parking area for "curbside" pickup. But otherwise, awesome!!!! Read more
Order placed at 5:27PM. Received a call from the store stating that their driver would not be in for another 50 minutes. We said... ok and waited. At 7:18, we called back and were told our order should be delivered in about 20 minutes. At 8:25 we called backand no one answered as the store had closed. We decided to go out to eat and when we opened the door to our apartment, the orderwas on the floor. No knock on the door to let us know that it was there. After spending $75 with tip for 3 sandwiches andwaiting like that, we will never order from JJ's again and will not recommend to anyone we know. If the tables, seats, window sills, bathrooms, and shipping boxes (on Covid spacing tables) are this dirty? imagine how the... cooler must look. I ordered an 8 inch ham and cheese with only lettuce. It might as well have been a lettuce sandwich. They gave me 1 slice of the... thinnest ham I've ever seen, a couple slices of cheese and a mountain of lettuce. Kinda ridiculous with the meat portions if uask me. Read more
My co-worker and I decided to give this Jimmy John's another chance as it usually takes over an hour to get our food delivered... and it usually is incorrect. Well, same thing happened today. Over an hour to get our food and my sandwich was wrong again.Email confirmation and receipt were correct, sandwich was not. And the service is horrible. My co-worker and I both called totry and check up on our order. We were placed on hold before we could speak and then hung up on a few minutes later. Make sure you check your order before you leave the store. I regularly order from this store and something is wrong with the... order at least 1/3 of the time. I called to get refunded for an item that I didn't receive recently and was told I would be. Istill have not had the refund appear on my account, even though it has been several weeks. They do a decent job with the foodthey do make, but the customer service as this location leaves A LOT to be desired. Read more
I ordered two beach clubs on lettuce wrap on my lunch break? got back to work to find that only one was lettuce wrapped. Called... to let them know what happened and explained that I cannot have any gluten and requested if they could swing by since I wasalready clocked back in at work. The guy said they are way to busy and I could come back to get a free coupon for a sub. Iliterally paused for three seconds and before I could say anything he hung up on me!!!!!!! I completely understand that there's not enough workforce, but this store continuously has freaky slow delivery...like 45-60... minutes late. While I understand drivers don't show up...you need better customer service to call people and let them know. Iwould've even gone to pick-up. Even ordering online and picking a time still doesn't guarantee good delivery time. Terrible whenyou call to follow-up and the person indicates there's no way for them to track when the delivery will be made only that it isout for delivery.
