Went through the drive thru around 730p last night. A few challenges with entering our order but the girl taking it was nice.... Got to the window and young Asian girl with glasses took my card without even a total. Then handed me 3 drinks in a torn carrierwith 2 tipping sideways. Then as she brought my kids happy meals to the window she tossed them on the counter. Opened the windowand shoved them at me like I had done something to ruin her day. She brought my food, shoved it out the window and slammed it.Not sure what I did. But $35 for fast food I will head someplace else next time. There is a reason teens are being replaced bykiosks. 27 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries. Soda machine was out of CO2 and when I told the person their response was to ignore me... at first. All I wanted to do was let them know it was out. When I tried to tell them again, they just said "we knew". Here is athought, maybe let your customer know it want working before we tried to get multiple drinks and had to give up... what hashappened to all of these McDonald's the only 2 good o es left are Waukesha by menards and new berlin by sendex. Scheduled to open at 5 am. Arrived right at 5 on way to a trip. Waited until 510 am, drove around building twice, tried both... drive thru lanes, and tried calling twice. There were cars there but apparently employees we saw inside weren't interested inserving customers or communicating a delay during posted business hours. So glad we didn't pre pay by ordering online and thenlose our money. Read more
Mc Donald's was good. But my battery died and I needed a jump. I politely asked some patrons to no avail. Some of them... apparently weren't listening because they called the police. I had 4 squad cars there for a panhandling complaint. AND I WASN'TPANHANDLING! The McDonald's was good though and let me keep my ride in their lot overnight. Read more
Not the best, but far from the worst, it seems as though the second I walked in, they seemed very annoyed, just by me merely... existing in their establishment. I noticed anytime they'd serve another customer food, they tended to be a lot more courteousand friendly, but when serving me, they seemed to have an attitude and would give me weird looks. It took me a while to processthe fact that the restaurant was kiosk only somehow even when there were massive signs indicating such, so that resulted in mewaiting for 11 minutes at the counter, which is fine, it was a fault on my behalf, right? Well, I thought so as well until Irealized they served others who were waiting at the counter for the EXACT reason, right away, without waiting 10 minutes to saysomething. The inside is modernized, exterior is traditional, and I think that's the only they they have going for it. I tend tobe in this area a lot, being a local photographer, but I will try my best to avoid this location, if I can, although I do haveto give them their credit where it's due, my order did arrive a lot sooner than I expected. I just went through here and got a breakfast sandwich. As soon as I pull the sandwich out of the bag I can see a long hair... coming out of the wrapping. I open the sandwich and the hair is completely in the sandwich (see picture). I work in food serviceand I honestly find it hard to believe that this long hair wasn't noticed when the sandwich was being put together, or at leastwhen it was being put in the wrap or in the bag (the hair was dark and noticeable). It's a very disappointing way to start myday. Everyone there seems very nice, but I won't be back, this is just too lazy for me to trust them to make my food. Especiallywith everything else going on, food safety should be top of mind. Read more
Very pleasant staff considering it was a holiday. They food was prepared quickly and was good.
