The rib eye steak was good ( medium) I dont recommend the fried onion or the mac and cheese The wings for me was not good but... my family said it was okay If you want to order a steak dont order it well done or medium done ( it will come very very dry) Read more

just ordered takeout. It was inedible. I ordered 16 oz prime rib and was charged the $29 for the item and not only was the meat... completely over cooked but it was also 11 oz. And l'm aware that some of the weight cooks off but certainly not 5 ounces of it!The blooming onion was so stale it was inedible. The entire meal was beyond disappointment. This Outback makes you feel like you're out back, and not want to come back. I reserved a table, and waited 45 minutes to he... seated. No problem. Once we entered the restaurant, there was MUCH NEEDED cleaning that needed to be done. There were 6 tablesthat sat dirty for at least 20-30 minutes. I decided to stay for the experience JUST to leave a review. Once being seated, wewere seated at a table with coasters under the legs because it wobbled. We decided to move to the table NEXT to this one becauseit was set as well, and stable (easy fix). Needless to say we weren't provided all the menus (they didn't offer us the specialmenu) which I knew about because I receive emails due to subscribing and being a Rewards member. Once we ordered, our waiternever returned until we were almost done eating/ picking over the food that we didn't ask for (steaks medium well, not mediumrare). Our drinks were refilled only after food service asked us can they get us anything else. In the process of setting ourfood on the table, my husband dropped a plate he was moving to another table to make room because no one had come and clearedthe table from appetizer plates and salad bowls. The picture you see is what was left on the floor the rest of dinner, maybeeven longer after we left. Service was overall a 1 star, and the first and last time visiting this location. Read more

My girlfriend and I ordered a blooming onion and the specialty sirloin dinners. The blooming onion was worth it for the first... time trying it. The other sides like the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were great. Great food for a great price. My steakwas a little bit tough to chew but tasted great. The wait staff was also very friendly. I would suggest training your waiters to actually greet the customers before rushing me just for a drink. He was rushing the... process. I don't want my appetizer, salad and main course all at one time. The blooming onion is always a favorite. Also trainyour cook on what medium steak looks like and what medium-well looks like. Besides that everything else was just okay. Hopefullynext time it's gets better. Read more

I eat here often and have always had good service. I love the prime rib and like that they offer it seared outback style.

Sat at the bar, there was only 1 other person seated at the bar and the restaurant was just over half full. I ordered the... sirloin (medium well) and shrimp with baked potato and side salad. To my surprise my plate of food arrived first less than 10mins after ordering. The bartender asked what I was missing, my salad I replied. While waiting I decided to cut into my steak,cold and bloody in the middle. My salad arrived a few mins later and the bartender checked in to see if I needed anything else.I asked him to look at my steak as it was bloody and cold, he reassured me it was medium well. I asked for the manager whom waswithin earshot the entire time. She offered to replace my meal but I declined and politely left. They need to train their staffboth front and back of house better. I had French onion soup that was outstanding! Only problem it was so hot it burnt my mouth ...prime rib was excellent and... broccoli was fresh but not cooked enough some pieces were totally raw. Our server was great... very efficient giving us enoughtime to enjoy each others company but never felt neglected or rushed. I will definitely be going back. Read more
