I have genuinely never posted a negative review before this. I ordered my food, paid, and didn't want to take it into the... bathroom with me. I set it in one of the height chairs near the bathroom, did my business, and within the two minutes it took memy food was GONE. In plain view of EVERYONE, including the workers. When I asked some patrons and the workers they all gave mesympathetic looks and just said "oh, that's not right. I'm sorry that happened to you." The patrons who kept insisting that itwas shameful behaviour of someone left suspisciously fast as I was confronting the workers - who, by the way, looked at medumbly and shrugged. Maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing, and the last thing I want to be is a Karen, but I wasflabbergasted that they didn't even offer a replacement, or even check the cameras, when they were literally in plain view of itthe *entire* time. Services on the night shift is so poor. The employee?s refuses to have fresh food up between the hours 6pm - 8pm. The night... shift employees are not very rude and nasty. They don?t ever wash their hands and continue using the same gloves for everything. They do the most cross contamination at every station and think it?s normal. This happens every time I visit this location. Read more

Made an online order to this store by accident. I immediately tried to cancel online, but was prompted to ?call the store.? I... called the store and they cancelled the order, but without a manger they can?t refund my money and they would call me back whena manager is on-site to process the refund. They never called me back. I have called many times over the last several months: nomanager, and no callback. I paid this store $33.18 and received no food, and no reasonable effort at refunding my money. Thiswas in January 2022. This is partially my fault for being a knucklehead and ordering to the wrong store. But I have to thinkthat this is fairly common and there should be a simple mechanism to process refunds when it happens. I would like to say thatI will never eat at Panda again, but I know myself. Panda could key my car, steal my identity, tag me in unflattering photosonline, but when it?s late, and I?m hungry and alone, I know my car will find its way back to Panda. I love Kung Pao Chicken, Ireally do, and Panda is a cruel mistress. Read more

Ordered Beyond Chicken bowl with half lo mein and half greens. So good! Hope they keep the Beyond Chicken. Wish the greens... didn?t include kale. I like kale, but don?t want it in this. Read more

Usually always good service and food is 90% of the time fresh, depends on when you come in obviously during down time expect it... not to be 100% fresh. However Mateo is very slow and with only 2 people in line took about 15 minutes to get through the 3 ofus. Also he is very unwelcoming compared to the usual line workers. Read more

Literally waited close to an hour for two bowls. They said ?20 minutes? when i first inquired about how long it would take (at... 11:13) They open at 11am on Saturdays and didn?t even have all their food ready at 12:07 when I actually got my food. Do better.Go anywhere else. And Rachel has by far the worst attitude I have experienced? wish i would have spent my money elsewhere Read more

One of my favorite places to eat a quick and delicious meal in Brookfield. You always get a receipt with a quick survey that... gets you a free entree at your next visit. My favorite options are Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken with ChowMein. I love the hot mustard sauce too. Service is good but sometimes you need to wait 10 min if they run out of an item. It'llbe super fresh! Read more

Their business model seems to be a two pronged approach that goes like this: ?we don?t have that right now? or ?sorry, your food... isn?t ready yet.? If not for the fact that my kids love the fried chicken with the sugar sauce, I?d probably skip it altogether.A few weeks ago I was practically chased out of this location by the manager, who locked the front door 15 minutes beforeclosing. Pretty sure that?s not even legal, pal. The roped closed fire door will probably get you a citation, too. I orderedonline 45 minutes ago and even came in a few minutes late in the hopes my food would be ready. Nope! Just watched two peoplewallk out. The time for excuses about the pandemic affecting business is over. Fix this. Read more
