Always order online for pick up. So easy and never an issue. Bought 5 dozen for work and they were a hit.
The manager Barbra, absolutely amazing! I called in before I placed my order and asked her would it be possible to accommodate... me being on a liquid diet due to my jaw being wired shut and asked if her blending my soup up was an option.. not only was shewilling to do so so I could eat at work, she was beyond happy to do it! She asked me how blended up I needed it to be to fit mydiet and she executed it perfectly ! I ordered two containers of broccoli cheese soup and she blended up both so perfect I wasable to drink it through a straw like I needed to be able too, best thing I?ve ate all month! Since my surgery I have askednumerous Panera?s around the area to do so and they all refused so I just tend to go my work days with out eating and today Iwas especially hungry so when Barbra was happy about blending my food up I can honestly she say she made my whole entire day200% better! Baked goods are quite good, but the customer service & organization is lacking a bit. Case in point, group of about 20 young... girls (soccer team ?). The coach commandeered all 3 registers, as each girl figured out their order. Then when all orders arecomplete, coach went to each register to pay the bill. In my opinion, Panera should have dedicated 1 (or 2) registers to theteam and left a register open for other customers. Read more

The staff was helpful and nice. They accommodate my nut allergy by wiping everything down and changed gloves before preparing my... food. I tried the Mexican Street Corn Soup for the 1st time and it was very good. Read more
The service was fantastic. Indoor and outdoor clean massive space to hangout. Even though when we got tea the hot water... container was not filled but they quickly got us some hot water. Good to see people serve you wearing a smile. Read more
Everything was going well until they gave me the food. I ordered a salad and a cream of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was not... how I always been getting it for years. The cream was missing and seemed like a chicken noodle soup. Then when I told them theyended up giving me the same texture of soup. Read more
