Always a great pizza. The online ordering is ineffective on $10 Tuesdays. Act accordingly.

Usually this place does a really good job but lately I ordered online the chicken garlic pizza with customized ingredients list... which when I picked up the pizza it was already waiting for me wrapped up but missing the ingredients I added plus when I gothome and cooked the chicken garlic pizza and we ate it was plain tasting like it had no garlic flavor like the last time as ifthey forgot to add something. The last time it tasted Really good but this time not good at all no flavor. Also the Hawaiianpizza was also missing the onion's and green peppers I added plus I put normal for cheese and there was way to much cheese as Idid not pick extra cheese.. sadly Im willing to give a better review when they start doing better.. I am very disappointed with the service (rather lack of) that I received from the Brookfield, Wisconsin location on Calhoun... Road. At 6:45pm May 20, 2022, my family decided to get pizzas for dinner. I saw on Google, that the stores closed at 7pm so Itried to call 2 times to order. We were already driving in the direction, so we stopped in at 7:00pm. The lights were on, theOPEN sign was on, there were 3 employees & 2 customers in the store. The door was unlocked and I walked in. A worker was stillmaking pizzas. I patiently waited my turn. After waiting several minutes, a employee walked up to the cash register and said,"Ma'am, we're closed". I pointed out that they were still OPEN when I walked in, and they looked at me dumbfounded and saidnothing. I mentioned that I had tried to call and an employee said, "we've been busy." I said that nothing was put away and theysaid, "that's what we're going to do now." One employee then went and turned off the OPEN sign. The others took off their glovesand walked into the back. I'm now trying to help them out and un-busy them, since they can't provide basic service to theircustomers. So help them out and don't go here. Read more

Like one of the previous reviews mentioned, If I could give this store a 0 star I would. As a former Manager of Two Papa... murphy's locations my experience was Horrible at the store on Calhoun Rd. The Lady who answered the phone was VERY Rude. When Igot there my order was not ready (I even gave them an extra 10 minutes from the 20 they quoted) I watched the lady make my orderand was even more unimpressed. She did not add the extra sauce I asked for, They put a WHOLE CUP of tomatoes on each out mycrust less pizzas. When it should have been the measurement for a MEDIUM PIZZA .She forgot the green onion, but when I askedfor it I regretted the fact that I did. They are HUGE when they should be cut Very SMALL. This Post is so that the owner of thestore can take control of this problem. Not only are you loosing Money from your employees not properly measuring but THIS ISNOT THE QUALITY YOU SHOULD WANT BEING GIVEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would suggest taking a look at your staff and their rankingbecause your Black Shirt Manager is NOT QUALFIED and in need of training to make sure that things run smoothly. These guys rock! The pizza is always perfect. We went there last Tuesday to take advantage of their 10 dollar special and they... were lined up out the door. Fast and friendly, they knocked it out of the park in about 10 minutes. Thank you! Read more

Over the years I've been to 4 different Papa Murphy's locations and this one at Ruby Isle is the only one with poor quality... pizza. I never had a problem with the other three locations. Read more
