Food was delicious and the pho in the words of my husband was amazing and the best he's had!
Diet Coke on the menu but not available was almost a deal breaker when I got here but I went ahead and stayed and drank... water(yuk, but Diet Pepsi is worse). Wow, am I glad I stayed. I ordered the large P1 House Special with Eye Round Steak,Brisket,and Meatballs. This is straight up phenomenal. Best Pho I have ever had and I eat it a lot. The broth flavor was incredible,themeat tender and had lots of it. The veggie were crisp and fresh. I couldn’t finish the bowl and that’s shocking as I am abig eater. I did get the crab angels and they were very tiny but good. Probably won’t get them again so I can save my appetitefor the good stuff. Gotta try this place , you won’t be disappointed! We ordered pho to go. It was very well packaged for takeout. We were able to have a delicious pho experience at home. They... included sriracha and hoisin. The brisket was fresh and delicious. The vegetables were crisp. Our only issue was that the phobroth was just a little bit different than what we believe is the classic flavor. I think we narrowed it down too much of acinnamon flavor. I ordered the P1 house special. I did NOT like the pho here. There was sweetness in the both which pho isn't supposed to be... sweet. The pad thai wasn't good either very basic sweet soy sauce taste. It did not have all three elements of pad thai sweet,sour, and salty. Although food wasn't great the customers service was an A+. Read more

Food was good. Seasoned perfectly like how "mom makes it." The soup was....not what I expected.. I thought soup, but we were... served a bowl of broth with some green onion garnishes.. Not too excited with portion to price ratio..I blameinflation. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Great place to grab some lunch or dinner with friends. You will findyour typical Vietnamese dishes here--- pho, fried rice, chicken and rice. They also have pad Thai (not Viet) but very similarto Viet stir fried noodles. Great food, great service, and clean facility. I lived about 30 minutes away but like to stop here for pho whenever I am in the... area. The pho broth is light and well seasoned. You won't be disappointed. The chickens and spring rolls are also good. Read more
