See the picture - not only one food ítem stuck inside my cup (yellow), but what appears to be crayón (green) as well. It's... crazy, you'd think they'd notice when picking up the cup, obviously they need to pay more attention. But that was just the nailin the coffin that prompted me to leave (I couldn't trust their food after the "cup incident"), it was very difficult to getservice, I ended up going to the bar and picking up a drink since they brought me my diet coke, but several minutes later stillhadn't brought the beer for my friend. I inquired about this and why no one came to take our order (I had to get up again aftera few more minutes) and apparently the bartender was also the waitress... she said she was the only one, had come in from adifferent store and was "tipping out" another server to take care of the tables that she was responsible for. I understand thatsome places are having worker shortages.. but how does one manage to get dirty dishes (I used to wash dishes as a teen 25 yearsago, even then there was a machine) and then not notice multiple large chunks inside the cups??? The hostess was friendly as was all the other coworkers. I sat at the bar and njoyed a burger fries side salad and cream... soda(raspberry sprite wit whipped cream on top yummm). The waitress was very helpful and she suggested the cream soda and itwas a good choice. The fries were so good but the burger was juicy and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming andrelaxing. Awful just awful. Not only do they have hosts constantly playing with their phone as you walk in....theres not enough servers to... take your order....not that would matter because they are incompetent. Had to be forced to d it at the bar.....waited 12 minutesfor a great. When the bartender finally shower up he couldn't even do the steps of service Loser. Ordered my food. Fries icecold...burger luke warm....no drink refill. No 2 bite 2 minute check back. Finally after 17 minutes...no pre bussing....no cokerefill...this idiot comes by and says.."how's your food?"" Went here today with my boys. We were excited to try it. We were told it was a 30-40 minute wait. Once we were called it took... awhile for our waiter to come to our table. Once he finally arrived he quickly took our order and everything was fine. Once wereceived our food it took sometime to get service because he was so busy at other tables. I had to ask two other waiters forextra napkins and refills on drinks. When he finally came back he asked if I had paid for our meal on the tablet which was onthe table to pay. I was Insulted and appalled he would ask this while I?m putting food in my mouth finishing my meal! Themanager came around and took away the piled up dishes that were left on our table that we had to work around and the waiternever cleared. We had planned to stay for dessert but the waiter never came back, never asked us if we wanted dessert or saidthank you, anything. I get your busy but being rude on top of slow service?we won?t be back. Should have went to Culver?s andpaid way less. On top of that when we were walking in the waiter that seated us put our utensils with her bare hand on top of aplate. Who knows where her hands were! So unsanitary and I?m glad we didn?t need to use them. Then as we were walking out thesame person that seated us today chases me out the door asking for a cup back from my 5 year old son! We thought the cup wasdisposable and didn?t think twice about it. I mean I get that it was a dish but to chase us down like we stole something?!? Wedamn near paid for that cup with the over priced food! It was a cup! Not that serious to chase us down and so embarrassing!!!Next time maybe consider offering a disposable cup to a 5 year old child instead of asking for a cheap cup back!!! The atmosphere was great. The wait wasn't long. We had a cool waiter but I can't remember his name but he talked fast and could... sing pretty good. On a Tuesday night, there was 1 waitress who was doing an incredible job. She was handling the multiple tables well and was... timely even though she was the only one serving tables. I give it two stars because I feel as if management could have done moreto help her. Whether that be pulling in more people, rearranging the current staff, or something else. Unfortunately, it feels abit odd waiting 20 minutes when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty at a busy mall such as this one.
