My husband and I stopped in for a few drinks. As I placed our order the kid was nice enough but as I requested various drinks he... informed me they were out of select ingredients to make these drinks. He told me he would give me a list of what cannot bemade, I changed my order completely. Then we waited close to 15 minutes. As we did, we watched multiple associates goofaround, noticed over a dozen drinks waiting to be picked up, and the customer whom ordered after us asked the manager where herdrink was. I stood at the pick up counter and was not acknowledged. I then went to the registers, I was told I will be withyou shortly, when I said no, i have been waiting for my drinks, she checked the mobile pick up. She didn't listen when Istated I ordered at the counter. I requested a refund and she got the manager. He asked what was up and then provided myrefund. No explanation, no apologies. My husband mentioned the other customer looking for drink commented to him that evenafter talking with the manager she had yet to get her drink. We have never had this experience at a Starbucks and we will notbe back to this location . Also, no TP in the restrooms. Read more

I went here on bogo day and used the order ahead option and did not get the deal. When I asked the manager the only she offered... was to have me call for the refund, she does not have a system for that..and walked off.. Solid Starbucks that you?d expect. I make a point not to come around the busy times because they get swamped fast. When it?s not... crazy, they?re nice and service is just fine like you?d expect. It?s a bit lesser during the insane rush hour. Read more
Have tried this location a handful of times to give a fair assessment, bottom line is that it's horribly slow. Untrained people... taking orders, orders wrong, mischarged, in-store customers put at the bottom of the priority list. Avoid this one unless timeis on your side! Read more
