Worst ever. No drinks just water but charged for soft drinks. No service whatsoever. I would suggest gas station pizza over... this pizza hut. $43 for a medium pizza and large pizza with little toppings and sloppy and 3 waters. We had water because theonly available choices was Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper. Read more

The app indicated that my order was ready. When I went in to get it, the pizza and cinnamon rolls were done, but the wings were... not. I had to wait an additional 10 min for my wings to get ready. Read more
I place my online order and noticed at pick up that I had fries instead of Mozzarella sticks.. So I had them replaced.. And... after arriving home I noticed that my wings were messed up as well.. I have NEVER had problems like this at Pizza Hut Read more
The last three pizzas that I ordered were not correct. I ordered online yesterday and the mushrooms were not on my pizza. The... time before I called the order in . When I arrived they stated they had given my pizza to someone else and had just remade it,but it had pepperoni and no bacon which I had ordered. Ordered pizza online and had it delivered. Toppings were wrong the first time. Sent it back with driver ordered a pan pizza with... light sauce it came back with so much sauce we could not eat it. Very nasty pizza. We usually love Pizza Hut but not on his day.Workers need to pay closer attention to orders. $16.00 I am out of now and got sick to boot . No more Brookhaven Store for us.Lesson learned. Just sad how much this restaurant has gone downhill. Read more
Not the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had, but the wings are always good. Pizza was a little dry really. Thin sauce, and the pan... style bread was boring and without a lot of flavor. They were busy, and I will certainly try their store again to see if it wasjust a bad day, or if it is common. Read more
If you like Pizza Hut like do . Maybe you would would need go to a deferent location. There slow. It?s like ordering pizza from... the D.M.V . Twenty minutes after the time you are told is the best your going to get . Whenever I ask what the problem is, theysay there busy. The crust is greasy. I don?t leave bad feed back but this has been going on for years. Pizza Hut is still my goto but jut not this location. Read more
