Chili's has been an almost weekly occurrence recently for my brothers and I on the weekends. The food is always delicious and I... have been opting more for the soup and salad or a margarita chicken when we go for lunch. Ordered lunch from here today. Ordered a burger with fries. Did not get our fries. Called to speak to a manager was on hold two... different times for 15 minutes. April never answered the phone. Would give Chris from curbside 5 out of 5. He was helpful andvery friendly. Read more

This place is disgusting. Sticky residue and greasy finger prints all over menus and surfaces, poorly cleaned devices, no... sanitizer left in dispenser. I can see stains on the drinking glasses so i didnt touch my drink. The tomato cup they justbrought me has hard food residue on it too. Not coming back. Read more
So I?m giving 2 stars. I would have gave none but we had an awesome waiter. I forgot his name. Maybe it was Nate but I?m not... sure. He was super nice and accommodating. The reason for the bad review is because our silverware was dirty. Not just waterspots but actual dried up food. Also, I asked for no pickles and the cook put pickles on my food. Then after all that, mydaughter didn?t receive her fries and she also found a hair in her food. I was so mad at that point. We got our food comped. Wealso got a couple of coupons. The manager was nice after I told her what happened. No one was rude but everything that happened,shouldn?t have happened. Read more
The service was extremely slow with hardly any other customer but a flew. I didn?t feel like my server was attentive, at all.... She wasn?t just not aware. We order some drinks and when then came back it was a rotten lemon inside. Yuck! I don?t how youmissed that and put that in someone?s drink. We waited about 25 minutes for chips and queso. Clearly there is no suck thing acaring and doing your job correctly. And there was was bottle of cleaning solutions inches from me and my drink.
