Three strikes and you?re out. This was the third visit, only wanting to purchase a drink, and waiting for somebody to take my... order which never happened. This location is notorious for long waits. Never again. If I want to grab a drink I?ll make the tripto McDonald?s at Granite Run where service is always A+. Read more

I don't know what the issue is with this location, but they either can't keep morning employees, they don't hire enough staff,... or something else. This is on my way to work, but can't go through the drive-through unless I have an extra 15 min to just sitand wait. If anything, it's consistently like this. I've sat in front of the order menu with no response, the menu boardglitching out and while waiting upwards of 15 min with only 1-2 cars ahead of me. There seems to be a lack of concern for speed. I'll have my bag of food, then it'll take an additional 5 min to get my coffee. More often than not, the iced coffee is notcold or overly ladden with syrup. Then, the food is room temp. This establishment is a joke. There is a constant lack of professionalism and work ethic. DEFINITELY NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! In fact... I don't even think that they're open more than 12 hours out of the day. If you try to order food through the drive-thru betweenmidnight and 6:30 a.m. you will either be greeted with an automatic dismissal of service or not receive any greeting at all. Do not go here! They?re rude and disrespectful. If you use a code, forget it, you?re better off purchasing through the app. ... They gave my son a bacon cheeseburger in his kids meal that was hard as a rock. Who gives a toddler a bacon cheeseburger withMayo in a kids meal?! My bill was $12 over what it should?ve been bc they couldn?t figure out how to use the code the app was asgiving. So disgusted. Read more

This McDonalds is horrible!!!! I just ordered 2 happy meals which had to be returned due to them making the burgers wrong and a... #1 with only Mac sauce. I asked for one plain and the other with only mustard for the happy meals (nothing difficult). I had towait for them to correct it then when the employee came outside to bring it to me (of course I had to wait) under the happy mealboxes were soaked. He left so fast he didn?t hear me calling him. I knocked on the doors because they were locked but no onecame. I went to the other side, same thing happened. I had to go back in drive thru. The manager comes out asking what?s theproblem. I told him, he asked where was the rest of the stuff in the happy meal box. Sir I gave you back what the employee gaveme so if something is missing that?s what you guys always do here so I?m not surprised. He asked for my receipt. BTW?The managerstill didn?t apologize at this point.I said she didn?t give me one. We went back in fourth for 15-20min. He still didn?tapologize.I told him the complete order. He came back with 18.75 which was wrong. I told him I was charged 20.62. He basicallycalled me a liar and he wouldn?t ask the employee who took my money (I?m not going to ask the person who started this)Is what hesaid. I said I know you charge extra for sweet tea and that?s the drinks I got. He said maybe I just gave her more as like atip. Then tried to tell me a day someone told him to keep a few extra dollars. Be aware of this place **They WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA** so make sure to check your ticket and also make sure that your order is... complete. They always forget to put things in the bag!!!! It's very interesting,that the workers at McDonald's, make more money than they ever have. I walked into this store yesterday,at... lunch time, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order, eight people behind the counter,it was awkward that no onewould look me in my eye. In the end, I ask for a special order, no onions,no mustard ,burgers came back with onions andmustard. Hopefully lack of customer service doesn't put them out of business,for me I will never go back there again and I willtell all my friends and family. Read more
