My last time ordering from these mfs. I love me some Pats every now and then. But tonight I decided to order through Doordash.... My first order was cancelled because my driver had an incident... He probably just ate the food. But Pats decided to lie and saythey didn't receive my second order I put in but yet they also had the nerve to say that doordash left them a message saying notto make. Soooo which one is it? Anyway the doordash customer service lady said doordash doesn't send messages like that. Theyjust didn't want to make my food over. Anyway I had to be issued two refunds because of Pat's lying behinds and whoever Taqi thedoordasher is. I won't be ordering from y'all anymore. Read more
Very disappointing pizza. I had frozen pizzas that were better. We ordered a square pie with half meatball. I think they used... less than half of a meatball crumbled into unidentifiable tiny 'crumbles'. Pie was not well done as requested. I called to letthem know and the manager, Brian, said he could not help us because we called the next day. Then he hung up. I will never buytheir pizza again because the pie seemed to me like a mass produced conveyor belt pizza , weak dough, bland sauce and themanager seemed the same. After this experience, I felt the need to order a pizza from a different place in order to satisfy mycraving for pizza because Pats Pizza fell way short. Sorry, maybe they were having a bad day. NEVER DEAL WITH JUSTIN NONCHALANT ATTITUDE!! SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR THEM TO FIX MY ORDER. JUST LET THE... PHONE RING CAUSE IT'S THE END OF THE NIGHT!! GAVE ME FRIES THAT WERE BORDERLINE MASHED POTATOES AND MY CILANTRO LIME RICE WASJUST REGULAR WHITE!! SAD THING IS THAT I ORDERED FROM THEM CONSTANTLY BUT NOT AFTER TONIGHT???? You can't go to Pat's Pizza and not get Pizza ???? Even if I'm not getting a whole pie, I will definitely get a couple of... slices.....sausage and beef pepperoni ???? First time ever getting Pat's and we really enjoyed our dinner! We got the Pat's special, Mega fries, Philly Cheese steak and... mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious!! We had a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Next time we're in PA, we'llbe back! Read more
