Nice, clean place. Counter ordering was fast, staff very courteous and friendly.
Drive-thru was long, so I decided to go in and thisis where the problem was noticed... The only 2 ppl. I seen working was the... person on Fries and the manager! Everyone else appeared to be on their phones, using bad language and so forth. The poor managercould barley keep up with orders. She was juggling drive-thru, front counter taking money and making sandwiches! While alsohandling mobile orders... all I wanted was a chocolate frosty and 1 chicken sandwich... thats all and my wait was well over30mins! Totally unexceptable! I orded 3 small fries 2 5 for 5s and double stack and they gave us a spicy chicken sandwhich 2 fries 4 chicken nuggets and the... other cheese burger wasnt a double stack im disappointed and i dont know if i will ever go there again Read more
Tried the strawberry frosty at Wendy?s! It was pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised with the food too.
As slow as it was getting our food out to us threw the drive through I do realize people are busy and the line was long.... Companies being short staffed effect everyone the same. Patience is needed. The crew here were friendly. Next time I willprobably go inside and eat, Food most likely would have been hotter and better. Keep up the good work and stay positive andfocused on customer service. 1st of all... I've already said I'll never give Wendy's another penny after my nearly $40 order was wrong, missing stuff, cold... and melted. I tried reaching staff AND corporate... never got emails back and never answered the phone. Now this Wendy's.... isour original Wendy's. I may have decided to go here at some point... but when we DoorDash and you can't give me 1 out of 3 of myorders correct.... and we had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to get it... and do you think that cheap Wendy's customer tipped?
