Couldn't order I have a RV so can't use their drive thru and of course the lobby at 5 pm is ALWAYS closed no wonder they don't... make money McDonald's lobby is always open. I went through drive thru. Ordered french toast sticks for my child. Went to go eat. No syrup. So I went through drive thru... again and asked for syrup. She handed me a bunch of napkins with a stir stick I had also asked for and zesty sauce. Which Ididn't realize till we got to where my child could eat. I went back through drive thru, mind you it was busy and I sat and hadto wait my turn.... Again. I again asked for syrup . When I finally got to the window I received zesty sauce. At which point Igave them back said it's not syrup and my child ate cold french toast sticks with no syrup. I called Burger King and after the"hello" I asked if this was burger king and she said yes. I asked to speak to the manager. Who said he was sorry, but clearlywas not. I left this review after telling him I will no longer use his establishment. Read more

I rarely do this but this was atrocious. I went through for some dinner... WORST BK experience ever. The woman who took my order... was rude. I sat AT the window for more than 10 minutes waiting. When we got home, we only had half our order and my Whopper wasmissing most of the ingredients it's suppose to have. It was meat and mayo with a tiny piece of lettuce and everything was cold.As I sat at the window I overheard patrons were leaving from the dining area before they go their food. MANAGEMENT... We went through the drive through to get a number 1, a kids meal, and mozzarella sticks. Once we left the drive through we... noticed did not get our mozzarella sticks so I drove around to the front and went in the lobby. When we pulled up two employeeswere standing right outside the door smoking. When I got inside I stood at the counter for 20 minutes (I would have left if Iwas not there for something I already payed for) and was ignored by the same person who served us in the drive through line. Thecook from the back came out to ask if I had been helped but it was his second day and he did not know how to help me. He spoketo the employee behind the counter who had a headset on and ear bud in so could not hear him until he physical got his attentionby touching him. He told him to leave him alone. The cook went out front to get someone to help me but they told him they wereon break and that it was all on him. (My family was in the car and could hear the whole conversation) 5 minutes after he cameback inside so did they. The lady stopped at the front and asked me if I was the order on the screen and I told her no. She thensaid well what do you want. I explained that I did not get all my food from the drive through and she said well do you want itnow. I of course said yes. She went to the fryer and saw that the mozzarella sticks has not been cooked yet. She dropped them inthe oil for a count of 5 seconds and the brought them back up scooped them out and handed them to me. Terrible. Corporate should shut this down!I have been to this Burger King About 5 times now and I am absolutely shocked at how... terrible it is. They don't respect Their customer and talk to them rudely they are extremely mean and use racial slurs behindyour back. Its really bad. Shame on burger King for letting this branch continue. Everything was cold. Went to unwrap the sandwich and half the top croissant was stuck to the wrapper.
