There was the sweetest little old lady (guessing 60-70yo) working the drive-thru window.. Oreo Cookie Milkshake is back on the... menu and the milkshake machine was working. Good service, busy double lane drive through and good shake. Read more
Nice McDonalds. I just had to add the employees seem friendly and dedicated. It?s always been a good experience. Once, a guy saw... my WV plates and performed ?Country Roads? for me before handing me my pickup order. Not sure how I feel but that wascommitment. One night after the lobby was closed my coworker was feeling down about things and wanted fries. McDonald?s is only drive through open at midnight so I convinced her to walk through the drive through to redeem some free fries. The guy insidelet us do it even though they don?t normally allow people to walk through the drive through. I know it?s not high class food,but sometimes things like that matter. Read more
There is a manager here by the name of Skyler and he was incredible. there was a trainee, it was her first day and she was... messing up quite a bit of things but still doing a good job. And even with the customers needing all their stuff fixed and beingbusy he kept a smile on his face, he was kind and respectful, fixed everybody?s order, made sure everything was taken care ofand stayed on top of it all while helping the trainee. I just had a similar experience next-door at Burger King with a traineeand a manager that was out of this world disrespectful and rude! so seeing Skyler in action today made me see there is a bigdifference when you have a quality manager that actually cares and does their job. very impressed. he deserves a promotion! Seems like it is staffed by undertrained teens. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes before being told that they didn't... make it because the credit card didn't read. The staff were not very helpful; they seemed pretty clueless. There was clearlybroken and missing equipment (none of the touchscreen menus worked properly). Food was fine though. Read more
Grabbed a quick bite to eat. Everything was fresh when I ordered it and had very fast service which was great because I needed... something quick to accommodate my busy morning. Staff was very friendly and even asked if I wanted hot or mild sauce at thedrive thru window when ordering my breakfast burritos. Another thing I loved was my Vanilla coffee actually had vanilla in it.Most other locations would constantly forget this. Will be back again when I'm visiting the area. Read more
Order 2 fish sandwich, asked for fresh cooked. Got hot fish with cold bun, 1/3 slice cheese, tarter sauce. Took it home, added... one full piece of cheese and steamed the bun. They should pay me to cook my own food Read more
