All the workers are very helpful and happy they have such good personalities
Understaffed, extremely slow, the seating is uncomfortable and there's no outlets. This is not a real Starbucks.

These employees do their best, being inside grocery store with very little room for storage or more that 2 workers! I feel for... them. But they are friendly and consistent. Wish Fred Meyer would make things a little more convenient for them. Read more
I think it is the best one. Morning crew is always cheery to start my day before work. They have not made me late for work like... some of the other locations. It is the first one my daughter ever went to when it was first opened and she loved the limitededition drink they made. Read more
My husband went to get me a drink here, we are passing through town, and they gave him a drink that he knew did not look like my... order. He asked them to fix it, it wasn't what he asked for, and they told him they were too busy and they would not. He wasstunned - we've never had that kind of customer service at a Starbucks before. They just had to add a splash of sweet cream,it's not like they needed to remake it. I give 2 stars because the drink is okay enough to drink, but that was so rude. Read more
Great coffee and great service, friendly :) not the best place to work from. Most food is still packed and stocked!
