I got French fries that were made the night before they are so tough that you cannot chew them. Got a hand tossed chicken... sandwich that was the same way. Your lobby was closed and I had a big truck and u had me wait in the rain with five cars ahead of me in the drive thru without... advising me otherwise. Poor service Read more

Stopped in for a quick bite while travelling. Burger is greasy, cheese unmelted and just bad even by fast food standards.
We have been to Hardee?s many times but today was the best visit we have had. The staff was super friendly. I have never felt... like a more valued customer anywhere else. Our food came quickly and tastes amazing! Thank you! Read more
I was at the restaurant a few minutes after 12pm. There were 2 people waiting for their food in front of me, no one eating in... the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order immediately, regular order, nothing special, and it took over 10minutes to get it. I heard the manager say a few times to the 1 person working in the back that drive thru orders had preferenceover the orders in the restaurant. Besides the slowness, the restaurant was clean and the food was normal for Hardees. Dine inorders were served in a bag so they must not use trays at this time. Read more
I ordered Grilled chicken and was never told it would take a 10 minute wait. I was told she would have it out soon and that was... after she saw us 5 times while talking to her coworkers. She took 3 minutes just to come to the window and let me pay. Also allof this happened while they were not busy what so ever and it made me very much so frustrated. Read more
