I have worked at KRAVE for over a year now. Marty truly cares about her employees, and is someone you can confide in. She also... goes above and beyond to help someone out- clients and employees. I know that no matter what, Marty wants what is best for meand will do anything to help me reach a goal. Even though I won't be working here forever, as I am in college and will begraduating in May, Marty and the massage therapists will always be cheering me on. Booking was very simple and it is in a great location. I would love to see the nail area on the right turned into a relaxation... area to unwind before massage work and products kept on the left (robes incase you need to use the restroom mid massage, and awarm neck pillow that you sell in the front to enhance the experience). I did see a coffee machine and cocoa but was neveroffered a beverage while I waited and would have loved this extra attention to detail. As far as the massage went, Karena didan amazing job and made sure I was comfortable and had the right pressure. An hour and a half was the perfect amount. Overall agreat experience and I would recommend them. To really increase the spa experience I would love to see some added attention toclient attention before the service to really elevate in the community. Will be back! Read more
