If I was just rating the pizza, I would go with 3 stars. Not the best I have ever had but not the worst. If I was rating... delivery speed I might even go up to 4, they are usually pretty quick. But this rating is about customer service, really poorcustomer service. The kind of customer service where you call in to report problem with the order and are basically told theyare too busy to care. Seriously, too busy to care. I guess my $45 order was just not lucrative or important enough for them toget right or repair it when they didn't. Apparently they no long want me as a customer, and I willing to oblige. Read more
Obviously Papa John's is amazing, but the people who run this place are great. When my wife was pregnant, we ate here twice a... week. Yes, I gained sympathy weight. The owners would recognize us and knew what we liked to order. They were always friendlyand consistently had great service. Great people. Read more
