Whelp, this is just great. I?m actually loving it. I just witnessed the delivery driver in the dark grey 2 door car just get... pulled over. Honestly, it?s about damn time. I can?t count how many times I?ve watched him blow stop signs, speeding down ourstreets, whipping turns, cutting other drivers off. Save yourself a headache? Don?t do it! I ordered from this dominoes twice. The first time, I got my order after an hour and 50... minutes and the boneless hot wings came with pizza sauce and cheese on them. Because the order took so long, I somehow receiveda coupon for a ?free medium pizza ? I decided to get a pizza delivered on a Saturday afternoon to use up that coupon. I placedmy order online and received a text message that my pizza was on its way about 45 minutes later. Then I received a text messagethat the driver was in my neighborhood. Then I received a text message that my order was canceled. When I called to find outwhat was going on, the girl could not find my order in the computer. I asked if she could call her driver and see what was goingon, because maybe he had trouble finding my place? She replied that he might not answer and therefore she cannot call him. Shetold me there was nothing I could do except for call her manager who comes in in three or four hours. Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order at 7:57, get notified at 8:11 that it's done cooking, not until 9:15 do I get... notified that it's been picked up, and at 9:40 the app says it's been delivered. It hasn't. I call and ask what the situation isand am told that the driver should be here any second. They don't show. At 10:00 I call to cancel after 2 hours of waiting andthey actually argue with me about canceling. I concede and say I'll give it 5 more minutes before canceling. At 10:05 someoneelse answers and finally let's me cancel. I live 7 minutes away... Read more
Is it the best pizza in the world? No. But will they deliver at 1am? You?re god damn right they will! And that?s all that really... matters when you?re ordering pizza and cheesy bread at 1am. Tip your delivery drivers people. It?s not their fault you orderedfrom dominos. Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. One of those nights where I set up the whole living room for a movie date night, ordered $70 worth... of food at 6:15, bought a movie, had it waiting for the food. I call them at 7:30, nicely asking if there was a problem, theworker says " we're backed up" & " it's probably out for delivery" and its " probably still fresh" I understood since it was aFriday night. We never got the food. I waited until 9 before going out and having to pick up new food. It ruined our movie. Weate and went to sleep, to only get a phone call from dominos at 11 pm, just fell asleep. I answer phone and I hear someone ask "Did u ever get ur food?" No. They didn't even say they were domino's. And said a quiet " sorry " and hung up. .. am I in thetwilight zone??? Read more
My husband and I ordered pizza @ 6:25pm today. It arrived @ 8:25pm!!! ( We live a 10 minute drive away) We called 5x during the... wait and told, "it's on its way" and was put on hold for 5 minutes one of the times. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.The pizza arrived cold. It was obvious that it was sitting for quite a long time!!! The mgr., Devon (or at least that is who wewere told on the phone) should be fired, as well as the staff. Wr have had 3 previous issues with this location before. Neveragain. TERRIBLE!!! Read more
