I?ve been ordering from this Dunkin the past 3 years as it?s the closest to my house. However, I will go out of my way to go to... another location because this one is beyond inconsistent. First of all Im typically not a fan of any DD. In the past I've had far more negative DD experiences then positive ones. My... recent experience at the Brooklawn location was unlike any other DD visit I've ever had. The young women at the counter was adelight. She made my day when I wasn't having a great one. They're one of the few locations that still allow you to sit andenjoy your coffee at a table inside. (since the beginning of covid most locations don't allow dining in or the use of restrooms.and its been a couple years since restrictions began.) Due to nasty weather and not much else to do I sat and enjoyed my coffeewhile using my laptop far longer then I typically would've. Although I only ordered a small coffee the employees didn't rush meto finish or make me feel unwelcome in the slightest. Quite the opposite! This Dunkin? is lazy and their food sucks. Pancakes were dry and tasteless almost as if they were little cardboard cut outs? the... hash browns were mushy and sour? come on just do better already.. I don?t usually write these but I needed this to be important. I go here almost everyday and today I got a small hot coffee... (thankfully only small) and the lid was completely off of it as it burned my hands and lap. I was told it was my fault the way Igrabbed it. This is wrong, please make sure your lids are completely on as someone else will not be as nice as driving off. I?m18 weeks pregnant and this could?ve been way worse. If i was able to rate 1/2 i would. I ordered EGG and Sausage on croissant. What did i receive? I received a croissant with... Sausage which appeared to have had cheese applied from a previous sandwich and No egg! how can a simple order go so verywrong? They rush to take your order, but then don't get it right. Old but good Dunkin. Has a drive-thru but parking can be a hassle. Decent seating on the inside.
