on 11/29/22 i decided to purchase lunch @ kfc in brooklawn @11:40am , i brought 4 wings & 2 biscuits , i wanted to go early... because they run out of food all the time , the manager came out of the bathroom and told the blk heavy set cashier who isalways polite and respectful , that he can?t sell 4 wings anymore ???? i do not understand if your buying something and payingextra for what u want , i don?t see the problem !! they need to reconstruct that whole place over there new management newemployees who respect the job , and management who will make sure the food won?t run out, it?s a shame that i have to writethis review . kfc is a well known franchise which the story of the colonel is remarkable , but i know he is turning over in hisgrave right now. My fiance has been in the parking lot waiting in the space they told him to wait for at this point 1 hour. This is the worst... service that we have ever experienced at any restaurant fast food or not. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never return. Read more
Went inside and waited for over 15 minutes and not one employee said a word to us. Ended up leaving. I get they were busy but at... least take the orders and move people along. Definitely Need to retrain the managers and staff. Read more
Prices at this KFC are lower than all the others for some reason but the food is always good and employees are always kind.... Never had any issues here. Read more

Ordered my food online like I usually do...never have an issue....however... unfortunately today instead of my food being hot n ready for me, I was sorely mistaken an it was GONE! asked the lady at thecounter an she did not know anything about my order ....she asked the manager an the manager told the kitchen something walkedan now I'm stuck waiting again...never have an issue before, really dropped the ball on my lunch break! Kentucky fried chicken compared to Royal farms is no compare. KFC has flavor and spices. The only issue with this location is... the sticky floors when you walk around. The place is overall clean (see pics) but I think because they are usually busy theydon't get time during the day to clean so nobody tries to sue for a wet floor fall ???? Read more
Let me start that this place was a huge disappointment at first before the renovations that took place so If you are reading... this and you haven't gone recently I would recommend visiting.
