Not the first time I've ordered food and it come out incorrectly. It's either I get all of the items and it's missing... ingredients. Or I get everything, and it's missing the very highly priced/ very thin cut bacon I asked for. This time it'smissing both. I asked for mayo and ketchup with bacon added to my sandwich, and received dry chicken tenders with salt nopepper. Now, I understand dinner and lunch time is busy, and shame on the management for leaving one person to make food, whileeveryone else just watches her struggling. But I ALSO understand the computer that's quite literally right in front of her faceis telling her what I ordered. My job requires me to memorize quite a few things and I wish I had a computer screen to tell mewhat to do, but I dont and she does. I highly recommend checking your sandwiches before you leave, because this food is alreadyextremely high priced and we should get what we pay for. Read more
Worst place to come and get gas. They have 1 person handling the pumps. Pathetic.
Ordered a quesadilla after work ....was not cooked all the way, was not even cut ....opened box an it was everywhere ....... updated ... turned right around and explained it to the lady who rang me out. She immediately took it back an had another onemade....only reason for the 2 stars. Read more
Went to get 20.00 worth of gas. Got charged 100 dollars. Spoke to the manager who told me I would get refunded the difference... and to come back if the charge didn?t go away. Came back, different manager, hands me a piece of paper with the same informationas my receipt and tells me I?ll just have to call and make a dispute because there is nothing they can do. Called the bank, andit comes up as a regular charge. The first manager I spoke to was helpful and polite and apologetic. This manager just keptrepeating herself. I get it. You called someone and printed out a fancy receipt but when the charge comes up as a wawa chargewith no hold, that?s on you guys. Now I have to wait 2-4 weeks for a refund of money that NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED TOMY CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE. I?ve never had an issue at another wawa. Go somewhere else! Read more
The employees here are so kind. They helped me through a really tough time. I owe them so much. They would give me the shirts... off their backs if I needed it. And I?m referring to all levels here, the gas attendants, cashiers and the managers. Nothingbut love. Thank you so much for everything!!! Read more
