Website says they open at 8 and that subway confirmed that 6 days ago. Well according to the little blond hair girl working... there this morning they don't open up until '"around 8:10 to 8:15". Workers need to follow the hours that are posted or changethe hours. Read more

Horrible experience. Placed mobile order. Ordered sandwiches only one of them toasted. Took the sandwich back into request them... to make it again without hosting at this time. They refused. Bad "stale old bread" served to me, placed my meat in the sandwich rolled like a hotdog instead of opening the meat out.... Incorrect cheese slice count (3slices) instead of 5 , counting the pieces of green peppers, counting the spinach leaves (lol,wow). Better management needed to maintain quality, freshness and quality portions on the dressings. I will not be returning tothis franchise. Read more
Krupa, manager of the subway on Hwy 67 in brooklet is one of the most rude, disrespectful and incompetent managers I have ever... spoken to. I will never do business with this store again and will certainly warn others of how she lacks the ability to treatpaying customers with any level of respect. Read more
