Waits of over 30 minutes for them to serve 12 people in store. They take so many online orders ahead of people in store you... can’t actually order food. Not to mention the quality has gone way down and the prices gone up. I wish the ownership showedmore pride in this location and gave the franchise the respect it deserves. Not a great impression from my first experience at this location. Ordered pickup and come to find out they gave me the wrong... burrito. I ordered a steak burrito in a flour tortilla and I received a chicken burrito in a wheat tortilla with differentfillings. This was obviously a disappointment but is also concerning from a potential food allergy standpoint. I ended up eatingthe burrito anyway. Quality of the food was okay but not great. A piece of the chicken had either bone or cartilage in it whichwas not edible, which I can overlook and eat around but points to lack of quality control.
