Waits of over 30 minutes for them to serve 12 people in store. They take so many online orders ahead of people in store you... can’t actually order food. Not to mention the quality has gone way down and the prices gone up. I wish the ownership showedmore pride in this location and gave the franchise the respect it deserves. Not a great impression from my first experience at this location. Ordered pickup and come to find out they gave me the wrong... burrito. I ordered a steak burrito in a flour tortilla and I received a chicken burrito in a wheat tortilla with differentfillings. This was obviously a disappointment but is also concerning from a potential food allergy standpoint. I ended up eatingthe burrito anyway. Quality of the food was okay but not great. A piece of the chicken had either bone or cartilage in it whichwas not edible, which I can overlook and eat around but points to lack of quality control. All in all, I have a consistentlymuch better experience at other places. Read more
Been coming here since I was a child. And whenever i come back to visit my pops this is the first place O stop by. The burritos... and quesadilla are full, heavy, and absolutely delectable. Just waited in a 30min line to get a burrito with severely undercooked rice and vegetables. It tasted like the burrito was... stuffed with beans and peanuts (that’s how hard the rice was). In the 3 years I have come here, this is standard at Anna’sTaqueria where they compromise on the quality any time there are too many people waiting in line, or when you’ve orderedonline. Gave an extra star only for the very few times it has tasted good. Will now look for other alternatives. Read more
Stopped going to Anna's when I got gluten contamination sick one too many times. If you don't have food allergies, enjoy! Food... assembly lines can be a gamble otherwise. Also, why the heck is there cilantro in the rice? Read more
Went to get my pick up order but I guess they don’t make it until you get there. So instead of the 15 minutes it should’ve... taken it took 30. Annoying especially when they have a dedicated takeout counter. Read more
Really great place overall for takeout. Also placed a catering order here. The coordinator, Kyle, was super kind and helpful as... was the delivery person and everything was labeled super clearly. Would definitely use again! Read more
