Racism:( The staff prioritized white order. The staff (a white female with brown straight hair, tight up) made the foods for the... white lady first, who was lining behind me, even though I placed my order first. If this staff thought my order would take moretime, she could ask me if I mind her making other?s order first. BUT she didn?t even ask. Asians are not silent. Other staffsand Coffee are good. My first time in caffe Nero, I was very well attended! They have variety of food and deserts and drinks! We order the pistachio... muffin and frullato (creamy lemon and coconut) so fresh! It's fantastic! The place is traditional, there are many comfy couchand books and there is many shelves with books, if you want, you can pick them to read! I loved this place! I recommend! Read more
Good amount space to sit inside - spacious.
Although beverages and pastries were definitely good. I think overall service and cleanliness in the place could improve a lot.... Tried the matcha latte and the pistachio muffin and they were really good. Nonetheless, the place look a little careless. Read more
Been coming here for a year now to grab a coffee and I have not had any negative experiences. The staff are super nice and they... seem really good at remembering orders when they're multi-tasking. Their coffee is not too strong like Starbucks, but it's justa bit better than Dunkin Donuts. The atmosphere is also nice and relaxing. There are some booths, cushy chairs at tables, andpretty decent lighting. Read more
